The latest version of your VATBAND now includes an LED light power indicator and improved features such as a larger contact point and a stronger magnet. The previous 360-degree pivoting male head has been replaced with a solid core direct contact for enhanced durability during daily use. The VATBAND is 20 inches long and 1 inch wide, and it still uses the same power supply and connection that is compatible with all versions.
Kit icludes everything you need to get started. It's possible to split the power source of the ThermalVATBAND band and share it with another VAT band or a bottle warmer, allowing up to two products to be powered at the same time.
- Includes accessories pack ( sticker over VATBAND and thermostat sticker that can be applied directly on TVB (consider the fact that the temperature will be higher outside versus the resin inside by approximately 5 degrees). Aluminum tape is placed on stress points on curves and edges. The connection point is at the cold zone. Before applying the VAT, use a scuff pad aggressively clean the VAT surface with IPA to remove any remaining resin. You can add a HVAC aluminum tape on the vatband before the top sticker supplied. Be mindful of avoiding gaps on tight curves, as aluminum tape can provide additional support. Good contact is essential for efficient heat conduction and electrical conductivity to prevent hot spots and discoloration.

POWER ADAPTER 3A
The adjustable power source is 12V/3A and designed for international plug converter use with 240V, as well as outage and overheat protection.is designed to regulate the amount of heat regulated to the ThermalVATBAND.The benefit of an adjustable power source is that you can control the peak temperature. Your maximum temperature is adjusted by the thermostat. This isn't your ordinary power adapter; we have a built in multi-vat sensor, and when you add a splitter, you can power up to 3 VATBAND at the same time. The power adapter will detect more than one connection and dedicate power to each VATBAND. Note that you can only go up to 3 on the power band; exceeding this may cause the light to blink and turn down till it stops.

A 5A power adapter can peak your power at maximum temperature, keeping your three VATBANDS at 90F and powering your other TVB products, including your bottle wrap and resin pump, all at the same time using a 3-way splitter.

TVB-161 20 inches 508mm KIT INCLUDES 3A POWER
ThermalVATBAND is a simple adhesive tape 20 inches long by 1 inch 508mm when applied to a 3D resin printer VAT, will maintain an ideal temperature for your photopolymer resin, despite the ambient temperature. ThermalVATBAND regulates temperature using two smart thermostats that can be easily attached and are safe to the touch. Using ThermalBand is efficient and cost-effective, with only 12 watts of power costing significantly less than any heater on the market.
- Vatband uses a solid silicone wire, making it durable when an acrylic cover is placed on top.
- Vatband does not have to cover 100% of your VAT; you can still maintain the required heat because the Z axis mixes the resin to ensure homogeneous heat coverage. (See infrared imaging.)
One power source can power up to three VATBANDS using a splitter. When sharing one power adapter with three VATBANDS, be mindful that power is distributed equally and maximum power should not exceed 3 on the power band. If you see the power adapter light blink, you should turn down the power until it stops blinking. Because the power is shared, your maximum temperature will range from 75°F to 80°F, whereas one powered VATBAND can reach up to 90°F, and you can use the power adapter to its full capacity.
